Ladies Photography Group

This year I have joined a ladies photography group. Basically it involves all things girl (food and talking), and all things photography (learning, sharing, experimenting, having fun). Here are some shots from two different shoots. The first set of portraits are from a studio shoot.

Maternity shoot in California

Okay so I am a little behind on my posting. These are from a shoot in February. From the palm trees and blue skies it is obvious it is not a local shoot. Yep, California. The baby has been born and is healthy and beautiful. Is it any wonder looking at the parents?

Fun Family

This family was a lot of fun to photograph. With eight children, a daughter-in-law and grand-baby, they kept me on my toes, with their jokes, laughter and good old family banter. It was fun to see the unity and the bonding between a family, the inside jokes, laughing and teasing. It made me miss my family.

Missionary Pictures

These are some pictures of an LDS missionary as he was preparing to leave in January. He has started his 2 year mission service in Hong Kong, China. Reports from parents indicate that he is doing wonderfully. Like most of us have experienced at one time or another, when we put other people first we become more joyful and content. He was fun to photograph and an exceptional young man.

These pictures of brothers are from a shoot last November before Christmas. It was a beautiful sunset at the beach, and we had a great time. What great guys!
